I provide 1st level helpdesk support to Software and Hardware Engineers who design very high tech and complicated telecommunications devices and their firmware....and I feel great about it :D

Very opinionated but quietly so.

I watch a lot of TV, read a lot of articles (news, entertainment, career,...etc), walk very rarely and also....I knit, occasionally.

Latest Project: Driving on the freeway for more than 15 minutes without feeling like I'm going to spit my heart out!
