Johanna Harris, a labor lawyer, specializes in investigating employee wrongdoing. She has been a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor and in-house labor counsel for two multinational corporations. She is currently the CEO of Hire Fire and Retire LLC and author of the recently published book USE PROTECTION: An Employee’s Guide to Advancement in the Workplace.

Ms. Harris regularly speaks on all aspects of employee relations. She teaches at the Learning Connection and is a counselor in the Small Business Administration SCORE program for entrepreneurs and new businesses. She has served in board leadership positions in seven nonprofit organizations in the arts, historic preservation and education.
