Questions regarding transfer of data from spacecraft and probes

The rate of data-transfer is limited by both the transmission-power of the probe, and the size of the antennas receiving the signals. An unmanned probe is of no use if it can not send any of its scientific data of images back to Earth. For manned spacecraft, communication is important for the crew to get orders and navigational information.

Is there a document/page that indicates how much transmission rates are from each planet, currently?

Eg from Mars with the IPN, the DSN, what data rates we can get from [insert satellite/probe/rover] at that location - how much data can they transmit to earth currently?
