Black Sabbath was formed in England by Tony Iommi, Bill Ward, Geezer Butler and Ozzy Osbourne. Their "working class" sound is said to be the purveyor of Heavy Metal.
The band has undergone several lineup changes, at one point Iommi was the only original member left in the band. The band had a stint as Heaven & Hell in the mid-2000's (with Ronnie James Dio at the helm), before reforming with all the original members.
