What Iowa law states that a leased tenant cannot kick out a non-leased occupant/squatter
I have a temporary roommate who is not on the lease and is becoming a hindrance via not paying any form of rent nor showing any signs of moving out. I tried calling the police, but was told that in Iowa that because they have been here for 3 weeks…
