I started brewing over 10 years ago. I enjoy experimentation and myth-busting just about as much as I do drinking the beer I make. I rarely make IPA, I make a lot of lager and hybrid styles, and I've never made a BDS (I might at some point). Simplicity without sacrificing quality is one of my guiding philosophies.
