Can I put my beer into a glass jug instead of a bunch of bottles or will a cork not hold up to carbonization

My beer is close to being done fermenting. There is 5 gallons of it and I was wondering if instead of putting it into a bunch of bottles I could put it into 5 glass jugs that have rubber corks?

Can I add a 12oz or 24oz of honey to a cooled 5 gallon wort without boiling it or does it have to be boiled. Does 12oz or 24 oz sound like the right addition to the wort, I was going to add 4oz of watermelon extract at bottling.

So if I do a secondary fermentation for a double IPA and transfer it to a carboy(better bottle) should I use a steeping bag?, or is it better to keep it in the primary fermenter and add the dry hops there and not use secondary fermentation?
