While not an academic, history has always peaked my interest. My main points of interest, are:

• The Hellenistic period
• The Roman period (+ the Byzantines)
• Early colonization and exploration
• The world wars

Also, I have an unnatural caffeine intake and a unhealthy obsession with Futurama. In my spare time, I enjoy long drinks on the beach followed by beating people up.
