Prison Architect is a simulation/management game by Introversion Software. The player builds and manages a prison facility. The major gameplay challenge is to keep the inmates under control, either through appeasing them by caring for their needs or suppressing them with armed guard surveillance and harsh punishments.

It is inspired by games like Dungeon Keeper and , but with a focus on more accessibility.

The game was released on October 5, 2015.

I can't seem to work out the difference between high-, medium- and low-risk prisoners. I can see that high-risk prisoners are more likely to be violent, but do I get more money for taking them in? Or is there no benefit at all to accepting them?
