No Man's Sky is a 2016 action-adventure survival video game developed and published by Hello Games for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.

No Man's Sky is an action-adventure survival video game developed and published by Hello Games in August 2016. Players assume the role as The Traveller, and have the ability to explore a massive procedurally generated universe with over 18 quintillion planets. The game has a heavy focus on exploration, with a slight survival element added.

Players can harvest elements to sell and profit off of in order to purchase ships with increased cargo capacity to aid them in their journey. They may also build a base on a designated home planet or on a freighter that one can purchase. Building a base yields new technologies for the player to use, as well as introducing a series of missions/goals to obtain these technologies.

On July 24th 2018, No Man's Sky Next was released, which added multiplayer and a third person perspective viewing mode as a free update, in addition to other elements. This also coincided with the games release on Xbox One, nearly two years after the game first arrived.

On August 14th 2019, No Man's Sky Beyond was released as a free update. This update expanded on its multiplayer experiences, added virtual reality support, improved gameplay, and many other new features and improvements.

I've only come across single star systems. I'm curious to know if anyone has come across a double star system? I've seen planets with two moons (albeit quite rare). Any double stars that I can look forward to?
