Does anyone know the history of the “washed process?”
Where did the washed process originate and how has it developed and progressed? And what are the different forms and variations it has taken over the years? I have a hunch that it began in Ethiopia and am hoping to confirm my suspicions.

I am curious. How many coffee plants do I need to harvest for beans in order to brew myself one cup of coffee (7g of ground, processed beans).
If it is less than one, then how many cups of coffee can I theoretically brew from one plant?
