2Pure hydrogen does not explode. When mixed with air, it does. Don't let them mix. – Ivan Neretin Sep 02 '16 at 10:03

But if it is pure hydrogen, and no air, how does it even burn with a flame. – bija Sep 02 '16 at 11:41
