Mods:

• Larger front sprocket, ratio now 55:24 instead of 50:24
• Upgraded belt
• Schwalbe Airless (rear only)
• Hybrid pedals (one side clicks, other side for regular shoes)
• Reelight NOVA lights and contact-less dynamos, front and rear
• M-Wave Bella (ding dong)
• Generic stand instead of multi-part abomination of which I lost a part
• Added straps to the luggage rack, which I mostly use for light footwear so I can ride using road bike shoes
