Should I change both tires when I need to change one?
I know that it's a best practice in a car to change all 4 tires if you change 1, although in practice, it's only done if 3 need to be changed. Does the same thing hold true of a bike?

What does the "c" in bicycle tire size mean?
For instance, in some cases I will see a particular bike tire listed as available in 700x25, 700x25c, 700c x 25, and 700 x 25mm. (Just picking out a number here, it could be 23, 25, 27, etc.)

What does the label on a tire mean?
I went to a bike shop for new tires. I did not know which tires fit on my bike, so I just showed them my bike.
When I took a look at the new tires, there was a label at the side, which says:

How do I translate this tire description into English?
On my tire is printed the following:
25-622 (28 x 1.00 - 700x25c)
6.8-8.0 Bar, 85-115 psi
I think I know what some of this means but am not sure. BTW, this came standard on my 2012 Cannondale Synapse 600 Alloy bike.

How are tire sizes measured?
I tried getting a good measurement with my caliper, but the flexibility of the tire doesn't help much. Let's say I have a 26"x2.125" tire. I know this fits on an ISO 559mm bead seat diameter rim, and 26" = 660.4mm.
