Actually, and more specifically, I'm a 30 yr veteran of software development, one of the early adopters of personal computers (first 'real' one was a TRS-80 Model 1 machine).

Today I'm a CodeIgniter developer (PHP) with a strong preference for Firebird SQL databases and MVC framework design. Some jQuery on the front end and you're good to go!

I'm also a strong supporter of Linux and open source. I'm not preachy, but get a real case of nausea when entering an Apple store, or listening to a MCSE wax philosophically about the benefits of Microsoft. Just sayin...
