Michigan, in the Midwestern usa, comprises two peninsulae formed by four of the five Great Lakes of north-america; the Lower Peninsula borders indiana and ohio to the south, and the Upper Peninsula (UP) borders wisconsin to the west, and the province of ontario in canada is accessible via several bridges.
Michigan's largest city is detroit, in the southeast, and dtw is its largest airport, a principal hub of delta-air-lines.
