Delaware is a state in the eastern-usa, bordered by pennsylvania to the north, maryland to the south and west, and new-jersey and the atlantic-ocean to the east. It is the second smallest state in the usa by area, but has a strong economy anchored by financial services and the chemical manufacturing industry.
The main population and economic center is the northern city of Wilmington, with amtrak and septa rail service as well as bus connections. The state capital is at Dover, also home to famous racetracks. Other major tourist destinations include Rehoboth Beach and the neighboring beach resorts at Lewes, Dewey Beach, and Bethany Beach.
