I seem to browse away a lot of 2-3 websites and it has become a addiction. I successfully gave up on Facebook but these other website visit has increased. Nothing too much special about these websites but I keep opening them up throughout the day or on mobile and even when i wake up. How can stop myself from wasting time and be creative or useful. I have tried add on but as i am the one who set it, i can unset it out of boredom or "Lets read the news" while i am in middle of work . It seem i do same with my mobile. I seem to use it a lot without any reason.
i can answer that to myself "there is no use to go or do this or hold mobile", but it is like a bad habit because i am always online (job or studying) so always connected and switching tab is just the next thing (because i yawn or curious to check..just like facebook) – Nofel – 2016-12-22T15:31:14.820
It is already a good start that you are aware of this. Next step is to consciously go back to your task. A bit similar to how you avoid thinking about the pink monkey. You really want to focus on that one thing you are doing. If you try "not to think" about something else it is pretty hard. Instead focus on that one thing and do not let your finger click on that other browser tab. You may find encouragement from small victories in this. – r0berts – 2016-12-27T14:05:31.667
