Been familiar with Getting Things Done for years but recently just completed the book and implemented the complete GTD system using Workflowy.

My understanding from reading the book is that the "projects" list is merely a plain list of all of the open loops with more than 1 next action, but the projects list self contains no "next actions".

Is this correct? The project list is just a list of project names? You simply throw all of your next actions for each project into your "next actions" list?

This seems very minimalist compared to mapping out an entire project and listing all of the steps required to finish it. Am I missing something?
